House built at the end of 2007 and is professionally decorated in upscale island decor. 5 Star and located within walking distance of Ritz Carlton, Secret Harbor, & Vessup Beaches. Back property line bumps into Virgin Islands National Park with gate exit from backyard. We also provide you with our 35 ft Maxum Powerboat for a day charter to St. John or the British Virgins. We provide the boat; you pay skipper fee, fuel , and custom fees. Passports required to sail to BVI. This trip is always the highlight of your vacation stay. Also we offer the use of a RAV4 automobile, you pay for gas and oil. The car is not new but in nice condition, perfect "island" car.
