Situated in a gated, private, beautifully landscaped, seven acre estate with direct beach access and a dramatic site perched atop impressive cliffs, Aslantic House is the epitome of a quiet, secluded Caribbean vacation villa.
It’s a complex of five principal buildings joined by winding travertine paths and terraces. There are five bedrooms and four baths housed in separate buildings, each with impressive ocean views. The entrance into the main pavilion passes the fully equipped gourmet kitchen before entering the main living area. A few steps below is the pool pavilion, the principal common living area. This spacious open room has wet bar, fridge, ice maker, visual & sound system and book and game library. From the terrace, one can see for miles down Tortola’s north shore and offers a view of spectacular ocean sunsets. Adjacent to this room is the pool, surrounded by a terrace with teak loungers.
The five bedrooms are all large and airy with an overhead ceiling fan in each. The air conditioned, king bedded master bedroom is found two steps up from the sitting area of the main building. It has a full ensuite bath with granite counter tops and a large walk-in closet.
Beyond the entry pavilion are two guest bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other a queen. They share a very large full bathroom with views to the ocean. Around the corner, with a separate entry, is the split level owner’s suite which includes sitting area, bath with connecting outdoor walled shower and large bedroom with a hand carved Indian four poster king bed. This room has high ceiling and large French doors giving onto a wraparound terrace with truly incredible views. The air conditioned, fifth bedroom is in a separate building, with a private entry, called the Stone House. It features a teak king size bed and ensuite bathroom.
Beneath the Stone House is a utility space containing a large laundry facility with two washers & dryers, folding table, iron as well as an extra freezer.
