In the spacious living room there is a sitting area with rockers for enjoying a good book, or watching a movie on DVD. The living room also has a ping-pong table for you to challenge your travel companions. The kitchen, with plenty of cabinets, is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare great meals. Laundry facility is located at the back of the house. This Colonial home also has a garage. Not many houses in the area have this facility. The garden area has fruit trees, flowers and a lawn. Total area of Quinta Granadina is 8,000 square feet. This house is affordable, beautiful, cozy, elegant, comfortable, and fun. Internet cafes are only one block away. You can use the digital phones there to make international calls at a very good price. A lot of good restaurants are located in the neighborhood.
