The bedrooms are downstairs and the living room, dining area, kitchen, and lanai are upstairs so there is plenty of space for everyone!
The unit has brand new flooring throughout, granite countertops, new fixtures, washer and dryer in the unit, brand new SS appliances including dish-washer and new paint. Very clean and spacious, has a great breeze (as well as ceiling fans), and a lanai with mountain views (as well as an ocean view from the doorstep to check the surf!).
