Hello. I'm Tim Miller. My brother and I bought this penthouse back in 2004. Shortly after that, in 2005 we had the worst storm Cancun had ever seen, Hurricane Wilma. We tried to make the best of the situation. So we took decided to take the extended 'down time' and do a major renovation and really make the place nice.
