The apartment is 175sq ft. It's quiet and light, two flights up in the courtyard building (XVIII century). The studio was fully renovated last December.
There is a living place with solid oak wood floor and a nice comfortable sofa-bed suitable for everyday sleeping (thick mattress). It's totally furnished (linen included). CableTV, DVD player, radio/CD/MP3/alarm clock and phone calls to U.S.A. and other European countries for free. We provide internet access, yet we do not provide computer.
The bathroom has a decent size and a towel heater, bathtub, hair dryer.
The kitchen has a double oven (microwave and grill), heaters, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans. I usually leave the essentials (salt, sugar, coffee and plain tea).
It's a suitable place for one week to three months location. It's ideal for a holiday week, suitable for people on a work stay.
