The Simmons-Bond Inn was built in 1903 during the Queen Ann Greek Revival. All our rooms are furnished with private baths, in-room gourmet coffee and tea and sweets at turndown. A large complimentary gourmet breakfast is served every morning for our guests on china and crystal. Downstairs parlors and outdoor seating areas are available for relaxation.

Rates & Policies
Rates range from $89 to $129 per night.
Roll-away bed is $5 for kids under 10 and $10 for anyone 10 and older.
Ask about our $79 single weekday special.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards.
Your credit card will be charged three days prior to arrival. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 (three) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
