We have both a B&B and 2 Cottages on a property of 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms which we use 2 cottages and 5 bedrooms with privates baths for our B&B guests (7). We can provide accommodations for up to 19 guests rather comfortably.

Our daily rents run now from $65 - $120 for the B&B Rooms and $65 & $185 for the 2 cottages

Hale Maluhia is a rambling Kona Plantation style hide-a-way estate with serious privacy and very large old shade and fruit trees. This touch of Eden includes four comfortable bed rooms in two buildings plus a large lovely virtual tree house. Banyan Cottage with private Jacuzzi. All rooms have private baths. Includes a Japanese covered jetted oriental stone and tile spa, a large DVD -VCR library - game room with Cable/TV/VCR/DVD can accommodate up to a 30 person seminar. Also there is also a second large comfortable common area along with many private lanais. The Inn provides a Breakfast Lovers Full Buffet and Omelette Bar each morning. The Inn is located in the heart of one of the worlds best climates at a favored elevation of 940 feet. Easy airport access, just 11 miles south of the Kona International Airport - KOA). And only three miles to Kailua-Kona which was the favorite home of the old Alii (Kings) of Hawai’i. Enjoy a gentle touch of aloha from old Hawai’i along the road less traveled.
