Specific information about property
From the private covered parking at the front door you enter into the 1250 square foot fully furnished condo. As former Bed & Breakfast owners, we have maps, guidebooks and even a Welcome Basket waiting. The living room has cableTV, fireplace, two patios and a view of the 560 foot fountain. Off the dining room there is a third patio looking out to the pool area. The large 17' x 12' master bedroom with TV has a king (2 twin) mattress plus a walk-in closet and full bath. The second bedroom/office has a 48" sofa bed with adjoining full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped to serve all your needs, plus a gas grill on the patio. The washer & dryer are next to the second full bath. Green lawns with a community pool.
You only need to bring your clothes and personal items. All linens are provided for the kitchen, bed, bath and pool. Check our town out at the Fountain Hills Guide web site.
Condo is a short walk to Fountain Park, grocery and gift shops, and hiking trails.
