From every terrace and Veranda, and from all the living areas inside one looks out over protected wild Sardinian landscape with unobstructed views of the entire coast from Cale di Volpe to Porto Rotondo and further south. The large villa is conveniently divided down the middle into two mirror-image villas of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms each. Although privacy for two parties renting separately is assured, a connecting door through the adjacent kitchens and common property behind the building also make this an ideal setting for larger groups renting both sides. For 2011 we are just completing installation of a spectaular 70sq meter in ground fully lansdcaped swimming pool behind the house.
