for and receive a written notice of the Refund and Cancellation policy
from the.Villa4Vacation.com is not responsible for the refund of rental
fees for any reason.This web site contains links to web sites operated
by parties other than Villa4 Vacation. Such links are provided for your
reference only. Villa4Vacation.com is not affiliated with such web sites
and is not responsible for their content.
3. Membership Cancellation Policy
Villa4Vacation.com listings run on an annual basis. NO refunds are given
on any listings.
If you wish to remove your property from the market temporarily, we can
inactivate the Villa4Vacation.com listing and reactivate it in the
future. The renewal date will not be extended during the time that the
property was inactive. If property is sold, Villa4Vacation.com listing
could be transferred to the new property owner for a one-time $25
listing transfer fee.

CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE,

AGREE THAT THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF

loss, claim and expense (including attorneys' reasonable fees) related
to your violation of this agreement, and your posting of material to
this site.

for this additional advertising and if they wish to be removed from any other
